Shipping
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (order cutoff time) on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. Ageless Peptides ships to all 50 U.S. states via standard carriers. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Ageless Peptides. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or delivery issues once a package has left our facility, though we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if a package is lost or damaged in transit.
All products are packaged discreetly. Because our products require careful handling and are sold strictly for research use, we recommend having someone available to receive time-sensitive deliveries.
Order Issues, Damages, and Discrepancies
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Us page with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue via replacement or refund at our discretion.
Returns and Refunds
Because our products are laboratory research materials, for safety and quality-control reasons we cannot accept returns of any product once it has shipped, except in cases of damage, defect, or a fulfillment error on our part as described above.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us page. We are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has entered fulfillment or shipped.
